ACUPUNCTURE

Japanese acupuncture is a gentler form of acupuncture that uses finer needles and shallower insertions. Treatments focus on the overall balance of the body rather than specific symptoms. We use palpation techniques to localize points that need to be treated and to get immediate feedback on accuracy of acupuncture point location.

COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE

Cosmetic facial acupuncture (or facial rejuvenation acupuncture) is a type of acupuncture focused on improving the appearance of your skin using small, thin needles. The first part of the treatment consists of a "regular" Japanese Acupuncture treatment to respond to whole body imbalances and address the root of skin problems (rebalance flow of Qi, blood and energy). The second part is facial care including skin cleaning and individualized treatment based on needs (oils application, gua sha, cupping, small acupuncture needles and/or microneedling.

SPORTS ACUPUNCTURE

We combine a few different Japanese acupuncture modalities, such as trigger point and dry needling or dry cupping and myofascial release to achieve the results athletes need to get back into the game after injuries, overtraining, or other setbacks. Acupuncture can help improve athletes' performance, post-training recovery and mind-body connection.

low-power laser acupuncture

Low power laser acupuncture or low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is used to stimulate acupuncture points with low-intensity laser rays instead of needles. This method is painless, safe, and suitable for individuals who are sensitive to or have a fear of needles. This is a great option for children as well.

AURICULOTHERAPY

This type of acupuncture is where auricula (external portions of the ear) are treated with acupuncture needles, electroacupuncture or pressure to harmonize imbalances of other organs and structures in our body and to help treating some common conditions.

Dry CUpping

Cupping is a safe and effective therapy that can be used independently or as an addition to your acupuncture treatment. It offers several benefits including improved circulation and relaxation of tense neck, back or limb muscles, reduction in inflammation, pain relief and can improve shin nourishment and stimulate collagen production.
